Give yourself peace of mind with an Annual Service Policy for your instrument



Your student’s grade and performance level depend on a good playing instrument. Our Annual Service Policy is the easiest way to keep your student and their instrument playing their best.


Maintenance Included

Send your instrument in for regular maintenance to help avoid small problems turning into something larger. We recommend two visits each year to help keep your instrument in proper playing condition. However, you may send in your instrument as many times as needed.


Expert Technicians

Paige’s Music repair department has over 15 full time staff members with a combined experience of over 260 years. The core of the department has an average of 20 years experience each in instrument repair, providing skill and knowledge you can count on.


Free Pick-up & Delivery

There’s no need to drive to our store. We can pick it up at most schools in Central Indiana at no charge. Please check our website to see when we visit your school.


Free Loaner

To make sure your student doesn’t miss any important class time, they can receive a loaner to use while their instrument is in for service. Request a loaner ahead of time on our website or by calling the store.


Instrument Service Policy Details


Items Covered:

  • Loaners - Free loaner while your instrument is in for service

  • Delivery - Free pick-up from and delivery to your school (account schools only)

  • Cleaning - Clean entire instrument (limit 1x per year)

  • Valves - Restore valve action to proper playing condition

  • Slides - Restore slide action to proper playing condition

  • Corks/Felts - Replace as needed to insure proper playing condition

  • Springs - Restore spring action to proper playing condition

  • Braces - Restore braces to insure proper playing condition

  • Dents - Remove dents as necessary to insure proper playing condition

  • Mouthpieces - Remove stuck mouthpieces

  • Case - Repair case hinges, latches, and handles

Items Not Covered:

  • Loss - Loss due to fire, theft, mysterious disappearance or water damage

  • Abuse - Abuse, vandalism, intentional damage or neglect

  • Parts - Parts such as slides, valves, valve parts, etc. that are lost or damaged beyond repair will be charged accordingly

  • Case - Replacement of cases, case covers, and case zippers

  • Finish - Restoration of finish that does not affect proper playing condition

  • Accessories - Replacement of accessories such as lubricants, cleaning supplies, mouthpieces, etc.

  • Reimbursement - Reimbursement for repairs not performed by Paige’s Music

Items Covered:

  • Loaners - Free loaner while your instrument is in for service

  • Delivery - Free pick-up from and delivery to your school (account schools only)

  • Keys - Adjust key mechanisms as necessary to insure proper playing condition

  • Pads - Reseat or replace pads as necessary to insure proper playing condition

  • Corks - Adjust or replace corks as necessary to insure proper playing condition

  • Springs - Restore spring action as necessary to insure proper playing condition

  • Cracks in wood bodies - Repair cracks in wood bodies as necessary to insure proper playing condition

  • Dents - Remove dents as necessary to insure proper playing condition

  • Case - Repair case hinges, latches, and handles

Items Not Covered:

  • Loss - Loss due to fire, theft, mysterious disappearance or water damage

  • Abuse - Abuse, vandalism, intentional damage or neglect

  • Parts - Parts such as headjoints, footjoints, crowns, necks, bells, keys, barrels, end plugs, etc. that are lost or damaged beyond repair will be charged accordingly

  • Case - Replacement of cases, case covers, and case zippers

  • Finish - Restoration of finish that does not affect proper playing condition

  • Accessories - Replacement of accessories such as mouthpieces, ligatures, reeds, lubricants, cleaning supplies, etc.

  • Reimbursement - Reimbursement for repairs not performed by Paige’s Music

  • Delivery - Free pick-up from and delivery to your school (account schools only)

  • Bow - Repair of bow hair, stick, or frog

  • Bridge - Repair or replacement of damaged bridge

  • Pegs - Repair of damaged pegs

  • Sound Post - Repair or replacement of sound post

  • Body - Repair body cracks and open seams, restore detached neck or fingerboard

  • Tailpiece - Repair or replacement of tailpiece

  • Case - Repair case hinges, latches, and handles

Items Not Covered:

  • Loss - Loss due to fire, theft, mysterious disappearance or water damage

  • Abuse - Abuse, vandalism, intentional damage or neglect

  • Parts - Parts such as bows, pegs, necks, fingerboards, etc. that are lost or damaged beyond repair will be charged accordingly

  • Case - Replacement of cases, case covers, and case zippers

  • Finish - Restoration of finish that does not affect proper playing condition

  • Accessories - Replacement of accessories such as strings, rosin, cleaning supplies, etc.

  • Fine Tuners - Installation of fine tuners where fine tuners did not previously exist

  • Reimbursement - Reimbursement for repairs not performed by Paige’s Music

Items Covered:

  • Loaners - Free loaner while your instrument is in for service

  • Delivery - Free pick-up from and delivery to your school (account schools only)

  • Drum Heads - Replacement of broken drums heads

  • Rods - Repair damaged rods

  • Lug Casings - Repair damaged lug casings

  • Snare/Strainer - Repair damaged snare strainer

  • Frame - Repair damaged frame

  • Tone Bars - Repair damaged tone bars

  • Stand - Repair damaged instrument stand

  • Dents - Remove dents as necessary to insure proper playing condition

  • Case - Restore case hinges, latches, and

  • Parts - Parts such as instrument stands, tone bars, etc. that are lost or damaged beyond repair will be charged accordingly

  • Case - Replacement of cases, case covers, and case zippers

  • Finish - Restoration of finish that does not affect proper playing condition

  • Accessories - Replacement of accessories such as drum keys, sticks, mallets, etc.

  • Reimbursement - Reimbursement for repairs not performed by Paige’s Music
