The Yamaha 3.5 Octave Standard Padouk Marimba features a compact size and full natural sound. The bars go through Yamaha’s precision tuning method delivering a rich fundamental. A resonator tracking system allows for two resonator height settings for pitch and tone control.

The frame is height adjustable allowing for perfect player positioning. A lower cross bar in conjunction to the locking casters maintains stability adding to the playability of the YM40.
