NINO Percussion is Meinl's line of products for children, designed to fit in their small hands and to withstand the physical trial that kids will inevitably put them through. They are available in the following sizes: Small (8″), Extra Small (7″), XX-Small (4 1/2″)
The Water Rhythm Series Rope Tuned Djembes are carved from a solid piece of plantation-grown mahogany, and produce a quality sound you would expect from this drum at a price that isn't too steep. The heads are pre-tuned, and the sturdy nylon tuning rope has been pre-stretched. Each djembe has a rope shoulder carrier, and the wavy carvings on the shell are done by hand.
