Erica Ogden is a 2007 graduate of Pensacola Christian College holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music with a Concentration in Piano Pedagogy. With over twelve years of experience teaching music at the world premier Pensacola Christian Academy and her own private studio, she has taught piano, choir, and music theory. Upon moving to Avon, she built her own private piano studio. In August of 2020, she and her partners will open Westside Music Academy to meet the musical needs of Hendricks County. She is active in many musical areas of her church, Faith Baptist Church, and is also a CDL licensed school bus driver for Brownsburg Community School Corporation.
Erica is a member of the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA), member and Chair of Advertising for Indiana Music Teachers Association (IMTA), member of Greater Indianapolis Music Teachers Association, Indianapolis Piano Teachers Association, American College of Musicians, the National Guild of Piano Teachers, and the Indiana Piano Teachers Guild.
In her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and two greyhounds along with running, fishing, gardening, and anything outdoors.
