General Information
Please take the time necessary to talk with your outstanding senior(s) and remember to share the application as soon as possible, allowing them ample time to complete the process. If the student is applying to an accredited school of music, why not have them apply for a scholarship they can apply to their studies in music education?
The award is based on GPA, school activities beyond marching band and other involvements outside of school… the “success” of the marching band has nothing to do with the award; the only requirement is that the marching band be an active, participating member of CITSA. There are outstanding young people in EVERY marching band. Why not give your student the chance?
All parts of the application must be completed by April 19th, 2024.
