Private Teacher: Sangah Nah

Born in Paris, France, flutist Sangah Nah is Principal Flute of Orchestre Colonne in Paris. She began playing flute at age 6 in Korea, then moved back to Paris to continue her study at Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP). She has been active orchestra musician, chamber musician and soloist for last 15 years throughout the Europe and Asia. She also has participated in the most prestigious music festivals such as Lucerne festival and Verbier festival in Switzerland, La folle journée in France, Poland and Japan, and Isang Yun music festival in Korea.

Sangah has over 12 years of experience in teaching from beginner to high-advanced level. Drawing from her own experience through competitive music environment of France and Korea, she focus on sound, technique, musical expression, joy of playing music as well as preparation for high level auditions.
