The Decatur County Greensburg Marching band is seeking a Color Guard Director for the
2026 CITSA Season. Our season primarily takes place in July and the first week of August,
with a few weeks of rehearsals in June. Spring Rehearsals also take place twice a week in
May.
Competitions are in July and August, after which our season ends. Pay is Competitive, and
Negotiable depending on experience. There is additional pay if you are also able/willing to
write choreography for the group. Dance/College marching experience is preferred. DCI
experience is also preferred, but not a requirement.
We are looking for someone who would be eager to build up a guard program. We will have
a younger group this year, and would love to see someone help them grow!
