Chops Percussion is the educational percussion department of Paige’s Music. Chops is managed by percussion educators and has the service and support of one of the nation’s best school music dealers.

Brian Travelsted began his career at Chops Percussion after spending many years as a percussion educator and band director in both Florida and Indiana. He most recently served as the Percussion Director at West Broward High School in Pembroke Pines, FL. Throughout his time as an educator he actively repaired equipment on all concert and marching percussion instruments. Brian continues to arrange and consult with various groups throughout Florida in both the marching band and indoor seasons.
