Julie Dugger has a Master of Music degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.  She has been teaching private woodwind lessons, specializing in oboe and bassoon, for over 30 years.  Julie has also been an elementary, middle and high school band director for 13 years in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and Indiana.  She currently resides in Terre Haute and runs her own business.
